All items are chargeable and settled via Resolution Center. A curated menu will be shared upon check-in via Linktree.
Arrival & Departure
- Early check-in before 2PM, £300 fee applies.
- Early check-in (from 14:00) and Late check-out (until: 13:00): Complimentary, but Subject to availability
- Late check-in after 20:00 : £300
- Late check-out after 15:00: Full nightly rate applies
House Integrity and Applicable Fess
- Lost or Duplicate key: £300
- Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized visitors may incur additional charges through the Resolution Center, and repeated non-compliance may result in cancellation of the stay in line with Airbnb’s policy.
- Extra Guests: £200 per person, x the total number of nights of the entire reservation. Discounts may be applied.
Security & Conduct
- Tampering with security systems: £1000 violation fee
- Smoking within or around the premises: £1000 violation fee
