- Managing reservations and carrying out instructions from Landlords, Members, or Corporate Clients

- Conducting identity, compliance, and security checks where necessary

- Reservation and billing Data is retained for 6 years, in line with tax regulations
- Employee Data is retained in accordance with local laws
- During active instructions, Data may be stored in both digital and physical formats
- Once an instruction concludes, physical files may be securely archived off‑site for the remainder of the required retention period
- Payment card information is never stored on SkyRise Residences systems; it is processed exclusively through secure payment partners
