We understand that even the bestlaid travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect.

  • Full Peace of Mind – Cancel more than 60 days before checkin and receive a 100% refund.
  • Partial Flexibility – Cancel more than 30 days before checkin and receive a 50% refund.
  • Within 30 Days – Cancellations made 30 days or less before checkin are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy – Flexible 60/30 Days
At Sky Rise Residences, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring we can maintain the highest standards of service for all guests.

Refund Schedule

  • 100% Refund – For cancellations made more than 60 days before check in
    Your full payment will be refunded to the original payment method, with no administrative fees.

  • 50% Refund – For cancellations made more than 30 days but less than or equal to 60 days before check in
    Half of your total booking amount will be refunded; the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • No Refund – For cancellations made 30 days or less before check in
    The full booking amount will be retained.

How to Cancel

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our reservations team or through the platform where the booking was made.
  • The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.

 

Special Considerations

  • Date Changes: If you wish to change your booking dates, this will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Early Departures: No refunds are provided for unused nights after checkin.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., government travel restrictions, natural disasters), we will review your case individually and may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

 

Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
