4. Payment Terms

5. Security Deposit

2 Bedrooms – £1,300
3 Bedrooms – £1,500
4 Bedrooms or larger – £1,700
The deposit covers:
• Damage to property, furnishings, fixtures, or appliances (beyond normal wear and tear)
• Unpaid minibar consumption
• Breaches of house rules (e.g., smoking, unauthorized guests, excessive noise)
• Excessive cleaning requirements beyond standard housekeeping
Refund Process:
• Inspections are carried out after check-out.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days if no deductions apply.
• If deductions are necessary, a detailed breakdown will be provided.
• If damages exceed the deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the balance.
6. House Rules
Guests must comply with the House Rules provided before or at check-in. Breaches may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and deductions from the security deposit.
7. Check-In & Check-Out
